Tuesday, February 26, Wednesday, March 5, and Thursday, March 13 in Griffin Gate on the Grossmont College campus, 7:00 to 8:00 pm.

For fun, to promote unity and a sense of community, and/or to raise funds for school activities, the middle college staff has organized and scheduled the following activities for Spring 2008:

Financial Aid Workshop: Thursday, January 24 in Griffin Gate from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
Senior Banquet: Friday, February 8 in Griffin Gate from 7:00 to 10:00 pm.
Counselor Breakfast: Thursday, February 14 in Griffin Gate from 8:00 to 10:00 am.
Information Nights: February 26, March 5 and 13 in Griffin Gate from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.
SAT Prep Class: Juniors on March 25, April 2, and 17 during regular class time.
Northern California College Trip: May 4 through 6 for juniors.
School Prom: Saturday, May 10 at Loew's Coronado Resort starting at 7:00 pm.
Senior Brunch: Friday, May 30 in Griffin Gate at 11:00 am.
Graduation: Monday, June 2 in the Grossmont College quad at 5:30 pm.

These are the ONLY Grossmont Middle College High School sponsored and supervised off-campus, extracurricular activities we have scheduled at this time. Any other activities are not supervised or sponsored by the middle college staff.

Sam Spevack placed as a semifinalist in the Intel Science Talent Search and a finalist in the Siemens Competition. Thanks to Sam, Middle College received a $1000 and a $2000 grant (respectively) to use toward creating a library of college science and mathematics texts to support the college courses our students take. Way to go, Sam!!!
